I just felt like drawing Rin, and something cute and possibly anime-ish, and this is what I ended up doodling. I changed her costume a bit, gave her a skirt and different boots.

I discovered the SeeU song Arirang a few days ago and I loooove it. This drawing’s kind of inspired by it, although SeeU herself doesn’t appear in the MV.

First post of 2012! First of many more than I made in 2011, I hope.

Anyway, I’ve been playing around with my trial of Painter 12. I’ve also been listening to the new Korean vocaloid SeeU a lot. Combine the two and you get this little doodle. :D

I do really like Painter 12, but it’s not quite a Photoshop replacement - I had to resize this drawing in Photoshop because Painter made it blurry, for some reason. For editing and whatnot, you’ve gotta import it to PS or something similar. Kind of annoying, but Painter is still really fun and I’m enjoying the line quality I can get with it as well as the realistic media.
